Digital Marketing Strategist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our digital marketing efforts in Western markets. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for Western markets, encompassing a range of channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing initiatives across all business functions.
  • Champion a data-driven approach by conducting rigorous analysis of campaign performance, identifying key insights, and implementing continuous optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and technologies, proactively recommending new initiatives and best practices to enhance our digital presence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners and collaborators to leverage synergies and drive impactful results.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success in achieving campaign KPIs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective best practices.
  • Experience managing large media budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
