Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a professional HR service across the business, providing first-line guidance and support to line managers dealing with employee lifecycle and ER queries.
You will also be responsible for populating the HR System and working with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Previous experience working within an HR Advisory capacity within a unionised environment
- Excellent communication and MS Office skills
