Key Responsibilities

Selling
  • Meet personal sales targets and revenue goals with designated customer groups.
  • Accurately identify parts to fulfill customer needs.
  • Effectively utilize promotional offers to achieve specific sales objectives.
  • Identify and leverage upselling opportunities to enhance overall sales performance.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on new or revised parts through training and relevant materials.

  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of the Unique Selling Proposition of the brand and the benefits of the product range, particularly distinguishing between genuine and non-genuine parts.
  • Document and report lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.

Customer Engagement
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Monitor and strive to enhance the Customer Satisfaction scores for your location.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through regular communication, both via phone and in-person visits.
  • Provide high-quality service by understanding customer needs, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and offering expert advice.
  • Ensure efficient handling of trade customers visiting the center.

  • Document customer delivery requirements and communicate them to the team.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally, seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct business with integrity.
  • Regularly review customer discounts to ensure appropriate application based on spending levels.
  • Keep accurate customer records while adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Communicate timely updates regarding customer credit status.
  • Handle customer complaints swiftly and professionally.

Communication
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Provide feedback on customer comments to the Sales Manager to enhance customer experience.

  • Ensure customers are informed about their credit status and follow the appropriate guidelines for escalations.

Systems and Processes
  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries within established KPIs.
  • Utilize systems accurately for parts searching and ordering.
  • Complete necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Process cash and credit transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Comply with all business standards, financial regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Source additional parts from other centers or external suppliers as needed.
