About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housing Complaints Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with the AASC Contract and property standards guide.
  2. Manage the on-boarding and withdrawal of properties within your allocated portfolio.
  3. Complete minor property repairs within your scope of training and experience.
  4. Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid UK driving licence and be able to pass a Counter Terrorism Check and Criminal Record Bureau check. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
