Regional Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Area Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality Supported Living services across North, South, East Devon, and Exeter.
As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care provided at our services meets the highest standards, as set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You will work closely with Local Authorities and Commissioners to develop and implement effective strategies to improve service user outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of multiple Supported Living services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Lead a team of dedicated Service Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Local Authorities and Commissioners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze service user outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve service goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Supported Living services, with a strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
