About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to manage a diverse team of staff and volunteers working with victims of crime, with a particular focus on those affected by stalking.

As our Operations Manager in the Community Team, you will be responsible for the daily activities of the team, meeting with funders and external partners, and providing a voice for victims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers working with victims of crime, with a focus on those affected by stalking.
  • Meet with funders and external partners to discuss service delivery and outcomes.
  • Represent Victim Support and provide a voice for victims in the community.
  • Manage competing priorities, diverse personalities, and build partnerships with other agencies.
  • Ensure the team is delivering quality outcomes and meeting set targets and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lead a team working across multiple issues.
  • Knowledge and understanding of stalking and its impact on victims.
  • Qualified ISAC or willingness to obtain this qualification once in post.
  • Ability to work independently and manage challenging caseloads effectively.
  • Experience of working in partnership with other agencies and departments.
  • Excellent communication and representation skills.
