Job Title: IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Manager to join our team at MAF. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of our IT systems and telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless IT operations and consistent service delivery across our regions
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with international teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience at a management level leading international IT teams
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects
  • Experience working in a global multicultural environment
