Job Title: IT Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to oversee the IT operations and personnel in our Africa region and other locations. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer-centric services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliable operations and maintenance of IT systems and telecom infrastructure
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and adopt cloud computing solutions
  • Collaborate with the Asia Pacific region to ensure seamless IT operations and consistent service delivery alignment
  • Develop and implement a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience at a management level leading international IT teams
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects
  • Experience working in a global multicultural environment

Desirable:

  • Relevant professional certifications (CCNP, PMP, CSSP, AWS, CSA, Microsoft Azure SAE, ITIL)
  • Familiarity with IT operations in the Africa region
