Role Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in the administration and organization of the HR department, while also providing support to the Payroll Manager as needed. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering administrative assistance to both HR and Payroll teams, including covering Payroll duties when required.
- Addressing HR and Payroll inquiries effectively.
- Managing the recruitment process from initiation to completion.
- Coordinating and facilitating new employee orientations and supporting the onboarding experience.
- Identifying and organizing external training opportunities, while maintaining accurate training documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR by properly managing employee data.
- Contributing to various HR projects as needed.
