Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parcel Packer and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment
    • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Ensure all packages are labelled correctly and meet our quality standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing Support (Preferred)
    • Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
    • Support the creation and management of Google Merchant Centre listings.
    • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry.
    • Excellent English Language skills.
