Key Responsibilities

  • Own the first and second-line support for PC's, laptops, peripherals, and printers
  • Build, configure, and solve desktop and laptop systems
  • Respond to incident requests, internal works orders, and other queries
  • Install encryption software and add users to Active Directory software groups
  • Install, configure, and maintain network printers, and support remote access connections

Requirements

  • Desktop experience at a 2nd Line level in an IT support environment
  • Windows 10, Microsoft applications, Office, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Understand Thin Client environments, Citrix, VMWare, LAN/WAN technologies, and systems management
  • Ability to optimally fix applications and hardware in a client environment
  • Familiar with ITIL practices

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with SysTrack
  • Knowledge of Sysinternals Tools, including Procmon
