We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Utility People. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the multi-utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in the multi-utilities sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts.
- Manage and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the multi-utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
