Job Title: Business Development Manager - Multi-Utilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Utility People. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the multi-utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in the multi-utilities sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts.
  • Manage and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the multi-utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
