Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant Director to join our Private Equity Coverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term commercial relationships with financial sponsors, including Private Equity firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our coverage of new sponsors and deepen relationships with existing clients
  • Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with decision-makers at Private Equity houses and other financial institutions
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, leveraging your knowledge of Private Equity operations and industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-led advice and outcomes to clients
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with relevant work experience in a coverage role or transactional environment
  • Strong understanding of Private Equity operations and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather intelligence from public and internal sources
