About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Nomad Foods. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and consistency of our data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data controls and monitor data quality measures.
  • Work with data owners and stewards to empower them to manage their data effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of data policies and standards, including data storage, retention, and unstructured data.
  • Support the development and rollout of a data literacy program to enhance data awareness and skills across the organization.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in data governance, data quality, and compliance. You will have excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working with data quality tools and SAP environment, particularly Master Data Management, Information Steward, and Life Cycle Management.
  • Knowledge of developing and rolling out data literacy programs and data quality tools.
  • Good understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
