Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the creation and delivery of actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, including their products, services, and market trends.
  • Design and implement data collection and analysis processes to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement insights and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Intermediate/Advanced PowerPoint skills, including presentation design and delivery.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing.
  • Target driven with good time and task management skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and determined.

Desirable:

  • Power BI skills, including data visualization and reporting.
  • Retail and/or FMCG experience, including market analysis and insights.
