As a key member of our Commercial Leadership Team, you will play a strategic leadership role, driving the direction of our data and analytics teams and developing new insight service offerings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Team and CLT to align data initiatives with Acosta's goals and business priorities.
- Establish the operational model for data management, working with Business Unit Directors, external partners, and clients.
- Lead the data and insight team, managing performance, capability, and personal development.
- Contribute to business development, providing innovative solutions and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance, and lead the creation of actionable insights and reports.
- Develop tools and training to enhance field analysis and insight production.
- Proactively drive insight projects to deliver continuous improvement for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience developing insights for sales and marketing solutions development.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to balance stakeholder needs and communicate effectively at all levels.
