About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated English & Maths Tutor to join our team at Novus Gower. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our learners, helping them to unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective education programs in English and Maths, tailored to meet the needs of our learners.
  • Support learners in achieving their educational goals, providing guidance and feedback to help them progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of educational resources and materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification at Level 4, with a commitment to obtaining the relevant outstanding Level 4 qualification within a specified timeframe.
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • A track record of effective teaching in subject specialism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of learners.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our learners.
