Randstad Care is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Long Term Team in Ramsgate, working with Kent County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to provide high-quality support to children and families in need. As a Social Worker with Randstad Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of cases, from child protection to long-term care, and make a real difference in the lives of those you work with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social work services to children and families in need, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as teachers, healthcare professionals, and other social workers, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of children and families, including providing support and guidance to parents and carers.
  • Conduct home visits and other assessments to gather information and provide support to children and families.
Requirements
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Social Work Qualification.
