Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety Leadership: Provide local advice and support to managers and staff to ensure the delivery of high standards of health and safety.
- Investigations and Feedback: Conduct positive investigations and gather feedback from staff and the workforce to inform the development of Inclusion + Wellbeing strategies.
- Innovation and Research: Promote the adoption of cutting-edge products, technologies, methods, and services to support the delivery of Inclusion + Wellbeing.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Business Stream Policy Deployment H&S Strategy team to develop project-specific Inclusion + Wellbeing strategies.
- Communication and Learning: Effectively cascade business and industry communications to promote learning and progress across the organization.
- Qualification at level 6 (minimum)
- Technical knowledge in Occupational Health risk management and wellbeing
- Technical knowledge in Safety risk management
- Member of relevant professional body
