Job Summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in capturing information related to vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic work.
  • Attend training and development courses to enhance technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
