Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and post overhead invoices on CCMS & CCL accounts, raise POs where necessary
  • Process ConnectWise Finance checks and add new companies and contacts
  • Manage holiday and absence records on Sage HR, add new staff members
  • Process daily online statements and costs from NCP, Ringo, TFL, and other providers
  • Update and maintain fixed assets on Sage and SharePoint, and liaise with Facilities for disposal
  • Prepare and post journals in Sage for management accounts
  • Reconcile credit card statements and prepare overtime reports for payroll
  • Generate quarterly holiday and absence reports for management
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
  • Working experience of Sage 50 (essential) and Sage HR
  • Varied accounts experience in Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Ability to adapt to changing business demands
