This is a critical position within ISS Facility Services Limited, responsible for leading the communications and governance efforts for the company's contracted services. The successful candidate will ensure that all reporting and support activities are aligned with statutory, mandatory, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery and Compliance: Ensure that all services within the accountable areas are delivered safely and compliantly, meeting the legal and contractual needs, while adhering to ISS and client standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the team within the Operations direct and indirect line management, with support of business Subject Matter Experts, where required.
- Reporting and Assurance: Accountable for reporting requirements, assurance, and compliance to contractual SLAs/KPIs and the wider contract requirements.
- Performance Management: Accountable for setting objectives, professional development, and managing performance of their team to meet the business and client needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Primary stakeholder and point of contact for internal business deliveries for reporting and contractual governance queries.
- Project Management: Manage projects, technical compliance, vacant estate, and general reporting and business support.
- Communications and Engagement: Experience in a communications and engagement role/environment across all media forms.
- FM Experience: Experience working within an FM environment managing communications and/or governance activities.
- Commercial and Contractual Knowledge: Understanding of commercial and contractual requirements, including interpretation of key deliverables.
- Leadership Skills: Proven people leadership in a challenging environment.
- Collaborative Leadership: Collaborative, innovative, and emotionally intelligent leader.
