Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing recruitment assignments, assessing candidate suitability, and building relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment assignments from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful placements.
- Assess candidate suitability through various screening and assessment methods, including face-to-face and remote networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing consultative advice and guidance as needed.
- Accurately record all information and ensure that the CRM/associated administration is up to date on a daily basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends, attending relevant events and conducting research to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor or assist trainee recruitment consultants as needed.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a permanent placement desk or running a temporary desk/contractor team.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and financial acumen skills.
- Demonstrable sales and account management experience, with a track record of success and achievement.
- A genuine interest in the business and economic community, both local and global.
- A full clean driving license.
