Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing recruitment assignments, assessing candidate suitability, and building relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment assignments from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful placements
- Assess candidate suitability through various screening and assessment methods
- Network and build exposure for the Marmion brand, as well as your own personal brand as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing consultative advice where necessary
- Accurately record all information and ensure the CRM/associated administration is up to date on a daily basis
- Develop a sound understanding of relevant sectors by researching, attending industry events, and staying up to date with news updates
- Identify prospective clients and successfully build a profitable recruitment desk
- Mentor or assist Trainee Recruitment Consultants as needed
- Proven experience in the recruitment industry, ideally on a permanent placement desk or running a temporary desk/contractor team
- Excellent organisational, presentation, and financial acumen skills
- Full clean driving licence
- A genuine interest in the business and economic community, both local and global
- Demonstrable sales and account management experience, with evidence of success and achievement in their career to date
