Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing recruitment assignments, assessing candidate suitability, and building relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment assignments by assessing candidate suitability through various screening and assessment methods.
  • Draft high-quality job advertising copy for use across multiple media channels.
  • Network to build exposure for the Marmion brand and your personal brand as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing consultative advice where necessary.
  • Accurately record all information and ensure the CRM/associated administration is up to date on a daily basis.
  • Develop a sound understanding of relevant sectors by researching, attending industry events, and staying up to date with news updates.
  • Identify prospective clients and build a profitable recruitment desk.
  • Mentor or assist Trainee Recruitment Consultants as needed.
Requirements
  • Drive, people-centric experience, skills, and abilities, with a determination to succeed.
  • A genuine interest in the business and economic community, both local and global.
  • Demonstrable sales and account management experience, with evidence of success and achievement in your career to date.
  • Excellent organisational, presentation, and financial acumen skills.
  • A full clean driving licence.
