Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Archard Talent Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents in a residential care home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily living needs, including meals, personal care, and mobility assistance.

Requirements:

  • A positive and caring attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to provide care with compassion, empathy, and understanding.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
