Role Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development professional to join our team in a pivotal role that will directly contribute to our ambitious fundraising goals and international expansion plans. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with leadership to identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct financial modeling, and develop strategic plans that propel us to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising: Play a key role in securing our Series A funding round, preparing pitch materials, conducting investor outreach, and participating in negotiations.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that drive our expansion in Europe and beyond.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, assess competitive landscapes, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Due Diligence: Lead due diligence efforts for potential investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
