About the Role
Lakeside Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Services Advisor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process appointment requests from patients for on the day and future appointments by telephone and in person.
- Deal with visit requests and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Registration of new patients, computer data entry, and medical records.
- Process repeat prescription requests in accordance with practice guidelines.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and photocopying as requested.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and experience working in a busy, multi-functional team.
- Call centre experience or equivalent.
- Good standard of education and a customer service qualification (desirable).
