About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and improve their wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social and emotional support to individuals, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Support with personal care, including hygiene needs, and assist with daily living tasks.
  • Accompany individuals on outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and friends.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, including autism (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, caring, and sensitivity to the needs of others.
  • Ability to work flexibly and maintain a positive attitude.
