About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, particularly the E-Commerce Manager, in driving sales and growth across the E-Com, Pharmacy & Grocery Channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales and growth targets, including submitting promotions, analyzing data, forecasting, budgeting trade spend, and attending internal meetings.
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and implement strategies for Amazon and other accounts, including learning dashboards, data sets, and account management.
  • Bridge the gap between functions to support a 'one team' way of working, attending external customer meetings when required.
Accountabilities
  • Support the implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to achieve commercial targets across Amazon and other accounts.
  • Support account managers with monthly forecasting cycles and provide financial and forecasting insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align brand 360 activation with in-store activity and optimize digital traffic and conversion.
Requirements
  • Degree-educated with a keen passion for E-commerce and sales.
  • Financial understanding, including P&Ls, is beneficial.
  • Experience in FMCG/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or appropriate marketing/business sector is preferred.
  • Excellent cross-functional working experience and a proactive drive to learn and develop.
