Education Business Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Business Officer to join our team at Portsmouth City Council. The successful candidate will provide effective business support for the practical arrangements underpinning the trading of professional services in the education marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload information about service offers to the Traded Services website and act as a 'Super User' for this website, providing support by email and telephone to school and council colleagues.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure that services are correctly charged for raising credit memos, amending orders, and managing the purchasing and ordering processes.
  • Provide business support for the practical arrangements underpinning the trading of professional services in the education marketplace.
