Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to join our team at The Greenway Hotel & Spa, Cheltenham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the reception desk, diary management, and general spa operations
- Lead a team of therapists, receptionists, and general assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting for the spa
- Contribute to the development of the spa team, providing training and opportunities for personal growth
- Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment
- Commercial acumen and ability to maximize revenues through diary management and therapist utilization
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to nurture and develop staff
- Previous experience in training and developing staff, with a passion for apprenticeships and continuous learning
- Ability to work regular weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Enhanced annual leave entitlement, rising to 33 days with service
