Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to join our team at The Greenway Hotel & Spa, Cheltenham. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and leading our team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, including reception, diary management, and general spa operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of therapists, receptionists, and general assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including budget management, stock control, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of the spa team, providing training and opportunities for personal progression.
- Work closely with the hotel team to ensure seamless integration and excellent guest experiences.
- Proven experience in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to maximize revenues through diary management and therapist utilization.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to nurture and develop staff.
- Previous experience in training and developing staff, with a passion for apprenticeships and continuous learning.
- Ability to work regular weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences during peak trading periods.
