Senior SHES Advisor

As a Senior SHES Advisor, you will assist the SHES Management in implementing Group SHES Management Systems and provide SHES advice and support to employees on the Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone Project in Norwich.

The project is one of national significance, part of the UK government's target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out accident/incident investigations in accordance with the Company procedure and analyze data to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and collate data on SHESQ related issues to identify areas for continuous improvement through trends and data analysis.
  • Monitor equipment and implement best practices to introduce innovations into the Business Unit.
