Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of building supplies products, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotations for customers and negotiate sales agreements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Offer excellent customer service and provide sound product advice to customers
  • Take a proactive approach to building product sales, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline
  • Generate new business with existing and new customers in the North Walsham area
  • Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Cold calling and lead qualifying to identify new sales opportunities
  • Quote follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales

Requirements:

  • Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude
  • Sound building supplies knowledge and experience in a similar role
  • Confident dealing with customers and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and able to use CRM systems
