About the Role:

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of retail stores, working with a range of high street retailers on behalf of iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Implement merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
