Position Overview

As our next Night Auditor, you will:

Be recognized as a dedicated team player with interpersonal skills, a unique personality, and the ability to work methodically. Importantly, you will be working shifts from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., allowing you to manage your free time flexibly. Depending on current circumstances, there may also be opportunities to work daytime shifts to enhance your skills and engage more with our guests.
You will represent Mercure London Bridge, warmly welcoming guests during the night, prioritizing their well-being and safety, while adding your personal touch to their experience.

Assist in the overall operations of the hotel during nighttime hours and collaborate with other departments to prepare for the following day.

Be an independent and enthusiastic individual, committed to continually enhancing the quality of services provided by the hotel.

Conduct night audits and safety inspections to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

You should possess confidence in all areas of guest relations, acknowledging and catering to all guests, including those requiring special attention.

Qualifications
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Understanding of hotel and financial security protocols, along with guest confidentiality
  • Familiarity with Property Management System software such as OPERA Cloud
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance department is advantageous

To facilitate your transition into this role and ensure your success, you will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety protocols.

To provide the best possible welcome and care for our guests, fluency in English is essential.

Understanding our guests' perspectives is crucial; therefore, during your onboarding, we will arrange a complimentary overnight stay for you to experience our hospitality firsthand.

- Annual salary: £27,763.32
- Annual leave: increases by one day for each continuous year of service (up to a maximum of five additional days)
