Position Overview

As our next Night Auditor, you will:

Be recognized as a dedicated team player with a unique personality and the ability to work methodically. You will be required to work shifts from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., allowing for flexible personal time. Depending on operational needs, there may also be opportunities to work daytime shifts to enhance your skills and engage more with our guests.

Serve as the welcoming face of Mercure London Bridge during the night, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our guests while adding your personal touch to their experience.

Assist in the nightly operations of the hotel and collaborate with other departments to prepare for the following day.

Exhibit autonomy and passion, continuously striving to enhance the quality of services provided by the hotel.

Conduct night audits and safety inspections to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Demonstrate confidence in guest relations, ensuring all guests, including those needing special attention, feel recognized and valued.

Required Qualifications
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of hotel and financial security protocols, as well as guest confidentiality
  • Ability to operate Property Management System software, such as OPERA Cloud
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is a plus

To facilitate your success in this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all front-of-house functions and property safety protocols.

Fluency in English is essential to effectively welcome and assist our guests.

Understanding our guests' perspectives is crucial; therefore, we will arrange a complimentary overnight stay for you to experience our hospitality firsthand.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual salary: £27,763.32
- Annual leave: Increases by one day for each continuous year of service (up to a maximum of five additional days)
