We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our My Fenland Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at the first point of contact, resolving customer queries, and providing administrative support to key services across the council.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, web chat, and in-person
- Resolve customer queries on a wide range of council and partner services
- Work at different locations across Fenland, including Chatteris, March, Whittlesey, and Wisbech
- Use of a vehicle is required
- Occasional evening working may be required to cover conferences
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
