Paid Media Director

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Director to lead our client portfolio and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on the planning and delivery of paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, display, and native advertising.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, data and insight, and business development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our paid media offerings.
- Proven experience in digital marketing account management, with a strong track record of delivering high-performing campaigns and driving business growth.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, including AdWords Fundamentals, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Display advertising, Mobile Advertising, Video Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Experience working with Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and VK platforms, as well as programmatic platforms such as DV360 and Trade Desk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Experience presenting at industry events or publishing articles in trade press.
- Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Fluency in modern European languages (written and verbal).
