What will this role include?


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Oversee daily paid media activities to meet business goals
  • Develop and implement creative paid media strategies across Search and Social platforms
  • Drive impactful results through paid social and PPC campaigns
  • Design engaging ads for PPC and Paid Social to enhance overall account performance
  • Manage campaigns from start to finish; planning, activating, and reporting
  • Stay on top of market trends and consumer behavior to apply best practices
  • Collaborate with directors and other teams on projects such as SEO, PR, and design
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals
  • Engage in both immediate and long-term planning to keep ideas fresh and industry-leading
  • Create scalable marketing funnels to boost campaign effectiveness
  • Ad creation across PPC & Paid Social to improve all areas of the account
  • Provide support and training to junior team members on PPC and Paid Social


The ideal candidate will have/be: ‍


  • 2+ years of paid media advertising experience within an agency environment
  • Deep knowledge of search and social campaign strategies
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong relationships
  • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Solid QA skills with a good understanding of conversion campaigns, e-commerce, lead generation, and branding
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and e-commerce tools like Shopify and WooCommerce
  • Proven experience in guiding the creative and content briefing process
