Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Administrative Coordinator, your focus will be on maintaining a high standard of service through a blend of communication, administrative, and customer service expertise. Your primary duties will include:
- Managing internal and external inquiries and data with accuracy, utilizing various business applications.
- Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed promptly and resolved in line with established business procedures.
- Collaborating with Customer Service colleagues to support the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
- Communicating with customers to keep them informed about any relevant product or service issues.
- Acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders and customers, ensuring swift and accurate information dissemination.
- Maintaining awareness of and responsibility for the health, safety, and security of yourself, others, and company property.
- Taking charge of your personal development and achieving both personal and team objectives and KPIs.
