We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Catchment Team Administrator at Anglian Water. As a key member of the Water Recycling Management Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination: Accurately plan, schedule, and record all meetings, including meeting rooms, minutes, refreshments, invitations, and communication with attendees.
  • Diary Management: Manage meeting diaries, schedule 1:2:1 meetings, and monthly team meetings with efficiency and effectiveness in mind.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain health and safety records for all team members.
  • Training and Development: Keep a record of gaps and/or training that is due to expire.
  • Data Management: Ensure that all data collection and retention is in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Procurement: Order PPE, tools, equipment, and stationery for team members.
  • General Administration: Perform general other administration duties, including purchase orders.

Requirements

  • Administrative Experience: Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
  • IT Skills: Excellent IT skills, with experience in MS Office 365.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet strict deadlines.
