At Philips, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the Diagnostic X-Ray space. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales in hospital care settings to improve patient care.

About the Role:
  • As a Sales Specialist for Diagnostic X-Ray, you will use your customer relationships to promote DXR systems and products, driving business through analysis, planning, and execution to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.
  • You will work closely with a team of Sales Specialists and as a Subject Matter Expert, share your insights with the wider sales teams, help Marketing to localize assets, and be part of the launch team, attending trade shows and exhibitions.
  • You will work together with Account Managers to inform and recommend customers on the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
  • You will ideally be based in the North West/Midlands area (Leeds/Manchester ideal) with the opportunity to work from home and travel to customers (up to 40%).

About You:
  • You have acquired experience within medical device sales, ideally with Diagnostic X-ray products and systems.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with confidence to deliver presentations and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • You are a solution finder who is happy to work autonomously on competing deadlines in potentially pressured situations.
  • You hold a UK driving license and are based in the North West area.
  • Please note this role requires a DBS check.
