Job Summary

The position of Key Account Support is crucial to the business contract management for both customer satisfaction and business profitability. This role holds financial accountability for the contract's profitability and will be measured on an ongoing basis by achieving contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, work to strict timelines, and adapt to meet the varying needs of the customer based on the contract. This role requires understanding, anticipating, and delivering client needs while building effective relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

  • Manage client portal (Health and Safety) by updating information in line with customer SLAs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and escalation for clients.
  • Act as the main conduit of information to and from the central service team.
  • Review and manage effective planning of all tasks for the central service team.
  • Proactively communicate with the central service team, client, and Contract Manager to ensure all SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
  • Administer all resulting works following the initial Preventative Maintenance / Remedial visits undertaken within the client's portal.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Contract Manager, adapting to a reactive environment as requirements change.

  • Ability to communicate fluently with customers and internal staff.
  • Ability to resolve customer-related issues.
  • Ability to work as a positive and self-motivated team member.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Experience with using Service Management systems, Key Performance Indicators, and Customer Portals.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, with a minimum level of beginner to intermediate for Microsoft Excel.
