We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team at Danubius Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel at ease
  • Process check-ins and provide information about hotel facilities and services
  • Take bookings and record details in our online system
  • Provide advice and information about local attractions and amenities
  • Process guest charges and create final bills at check-out
  • Assist with special requests and resolve any guest complaints or issues
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-in

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
