We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant - Specialist Support. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide personalized support to autistic and neurodivergent children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Support students in accessing highly personalized programs of study
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students as needed
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with autism and neurodiverse needs. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
