Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Patient Care Advisor. As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, handling queries and appointment booking requirements in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Handle patient queries and appointment booking requirements in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of patient needs and preferences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
