About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Fitter Specialist to join our team at Finning. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate estimates of arrival times at customer sites
  • Establish effective communication with customer site management upon arrival
  • Diagnose complex equipment problems and identify required parts for repair
  • Perform high-quality repair and service work
Requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Motivated and dynamic self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
  • Formal training in heavy equipment operation and maintenance
  • Experience with construction and static machines
  • LDV driving license
