As a Team Leader, you will collaborate closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to uphold our operational standards.

Your key responsibilities will involve mentoring your team to deliver a reliable and consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards on the shop floor, monitoring team performance, and assisting management as required.
  • Play a pivotal role in restaurant operations, including setting up and closing shifts, and performing administrative tasks to uphold safety and quality.
  • Develop your skills and those of your team, while managing projects to achieve personal growth goals with your mentor.
